Down Lining is the way to Fish for Stripers and hybrids.

We are down lining in 20-48 feet of water. Our bait, that we are dropping down is about 15- 30 feet down. Our fishing has been great all week for us. The fish are still moving. When we mark fish, before we can get our bait out they have moved. Our trolling motor moves around looking for fish again. My son, Jim caught a 21 pound catfish on one day and my friend Larry Freeman caught a hybrid 15 pound the next day. Until today our fish have only been up to 7 pounds. So the fishing is getting better.
