Stripers and Hybrids are Moving into the Shallows

Planner board season is here. We are pulling planner boards around points in 6-20 feet of water. Also we are catching them on free lines. Fishing with me today was Allen Farriell and James Slavych from Houston, Texas. They caught 12 nice Stripers, Hybrids and bass. Allen had the big fish of 7 pound and James caught 2 bass that weigh 2 1/2 and 4 pounds.
