Stripers in 30-40 feet of water

Our fishing party caught 53 stripers, hybrids and white perch. The water is 69 degree at 7 am. We are using live herring in 30-40 feet of water. We drop our herring to the bottom and wind up 3-4 cranks. We are fishing the humps off the main channels of the rivers.
